• Unused Credit Balances: You may request a full refund for unused account credits within 14 days of purchase.
• Consumed Credits: Credits consumed for processed AI inference calls or API requests are strictly non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Cashfree/Paddle) within 5 to 10 business days.
