These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WhollyAPI platform, APIs, developer dashboards, and infrastructure services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Account & API Key Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities and token usage performed using your API keys.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use WhollyAPI to:

Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately bypass rate limiter boundaries.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from proprietary backend services.

3. Service Availability & Credits

API requests consume account credits based on published model pricing. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access immediately for accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in malicious activity.
